KIMBERLY SPEIGHTS, M.A.

Founder, Executive Director

Your Past Doesn’t Predict Your Future

Kimberly M. Speights has a deep passion for and love to teach the Word of God. However, life has not always been a walk in the park.  With a tumultuous past filled with physical, emotional, sexual abuse, and playing a dangerous game of materialism, Kimberly led a life of destruction filled with heartache and pain.  To help cope with her pain and void in her life, she ultimately turned her mind/will/emotions/intellect over to a notorious drug dealer in her local community.  After living a life of turmoil, Kimberly received the opportunity to turn her life around, by allowing God to order her footsteps.  Kimberly has a powerful testimony of  going from living a life of dangerous, disastrous dysfunction to a life of purpose and destiny!

When God Says Yes

Understanding that today’s generation needs guidance and knowledge from the Word of God, Kimberly created a mentorship program for girls 12-18 years of age through the ETO Leadership And Mentoring Program (L.A.M.P.).  That same entrepreneurship drive enabled her to create the program, The End., geared towards adults 18 years of age and older to identify and break toxic habits to maintain a bondage-free life.  Although her entrepreneurship spirit has led her to create programs that benefit both men and women in every area of their life, her passion remains to help young woman experiencing the turmoil she faced as a young girl.  Kimberly specifically focuses on teaching girls and women who have been physically, emotionally and sexually abused; while teaching these women how to overcome the lies and tricks of the enemy through the Light, the Word of God and guidance of the Holy Spirit.  Through the leadership of God, she  teaches them how to live a victorious life with a renewed mindset, while gaining a   deeper  understanding of their worth through the Word of God.  Along with ministering at various churches throughout Alabama, Kimberly has shared her testimony at the Sisters In Christ Women’s Conference in Carrollton, GA and Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).  She’s appeared  on Alabama’s ABC 33/40 Talk of Alabama, The Joe Lockett Radio and Television Shows.  In April of 2013, Kimberly received the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) “Outstanding Community Service” Medal.  On March 30, 2014, Kimberly received her Ministerial License to preach and teach the Gospel and  in 2019, she was ordained an Elder.  In 2019, God lead her to write her life changing, mind altering autobiography “From Dangerous Disastrous Dysfunction to Destiny" available via Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Xlibris.  In 2020, she was featured by the City of Birmingham Mayor's Office "Strong Her" Campaign, The Birmingham Times and VoyageATL Magazine.

The Blessings of God Will Overtake You
